Friendly staff. Nearby mini mart and cafe 24hrs.

Property was fine, location is about a km from train and getting there, well it's all highways, so don't go on foot.

There is no lift in the hotel so if you have problems with...

There is no lift in the hotel so if you have problems with stairs then this probably isn't the hotel for you. Also the interior of the rooms are quite dated now, i.e. no power outlet near the bed so that a phone can be charged during the night.

The facilities were lovely, staff were very accommodating...

The facilities were lovely, staff were very accommodating and friendly and my room was cleaned everyday no matter how late I left the place. The room was secured with double locks on the door and a peep hole.

The first night I came in my sheets were stained with what looked like fake tan or something similar. I did arrive very late and did not ask to have them changed. However, my sheets were changed each day and were clean after this.

The location next to a transportation canal and two superb restaurants, the staff which went out of their way to help us in laundry and obtaining transportation.

Good room, good restaurant and staff. Nice stay overall

The staff were very nice and helpful in general. The restaurant also was nice and served good food. The room was spacious and was nicely setup, the bathroom was a little cramped though especially the shower room . Overall decent place for the money.

Communication was a little bit of a problem, had to use google translator everytime I ordered some food for kids etc as almost none of the restaurant staff followed what I Was asking for. This is not really a complaint, just one problem i faced. The staff were generally very nice and well mannered. No complaints about them.

This is worse hotel I stay in by the photos on booking.com it was not like t The room I stay In the air conditioning did not work to good the staff move to a never room still the same air conditioning not working I want to leave after 1 day. Staff told me no return of money I lost 4 day left went into never hotel . Hope someone don't booked this hotel and went through I like did

was fine here . train station to the airport , about 1 kilometer away . Ok for a short stay

arrived at 12.45am , as arranged . Staff there to let me in. Helpful and some English , so fine.

asked for the electric kettle twice , didn't get delivered.

I won’t absolutely return

the price and the bed was pretty soft

The cleanliness, especially in the first room we got since arrival, the smell was terrible. Also the hotel didn’t provide proper toiletries, no tissue and towel. The staff didn’t follow up their customers’ satisfaction.

Gorgeous hotel, great value for money.

Very clean and lovely rooms and establishment. Friendly staff, very nice people.

Only down was that there wasn't much happening around the area. Fine if you have a car/scooter to get around. But to get to places you need to get train or taxi.

Room was quite clean for a 3 star hotel. it was also quite quiet. there was also a small fridge with 2 bottle of drinking water provided to you. location was great. after coming out from the phetchaburi metro station, there was quite a few buses that go to the hotel that cost me only 8 baht. it was also close to foodland with a took lae dee restaurant, which was open 24 hours a day. food and other amenities are very available to you

Good value

The price is really good. The place is clean. I like that the hand basin is in the room, because I always dislike having to brush my teeth in the bathroom. Staff speaks good English. My friends and I went to a concert at the M theatre nearby, so the hotels location is very ideal for us. The hotel is located half way between Suvarnabhumi airport and downtown Bangkok, the taxi fare to the hotel is around $10, which is quite cheap (Make sure you ask them to use the meter, some taxi drivers will try to negotiate a flat rate with you, which turns out to be much higher than metered).
